Spider veins are usually small red or purple superficial veins on the face, or body. Using the GentleMax Pro laser, this treatment effectively 'heats up' the small vein, and destroys it. The body then absorbs the vein and it effectively disappears resulting in instant gratification!

The GentleMax Pro laser uses a focused beam of light in the treatment of veins. The wavelength of light is targeted to the pigment in the blood. The laser heats up the small vein and destroys it. The laser beam is focused and does not damage the nearby skin tissue. Over a period of four to six weeks, the vein is reabsorbed by the body and disappears. 

There is minimal downtime after spider vein treatment. Depending on the area that is treated, it may have some erythema and redness post-treatment but that will subside.
